We are looking for a dynamic Business Manager who can take charge of sales, client management, and operations—turning the founder’s vision into structured execution. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and business development: approach brands, agencies, and productions. Manage client relationships: onboarding, communication, retention, upselling. Convert inquiries into admissions/sales (telecalls, meetings, proposals). Create and monitor business processes, reporting systems, and CRM tracking. Coordinate between creative/production teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery. Represent the company at events, meetings, and industry networking forums. Take full ownership of revenue targets and growth execution. Requirements Proven experience (3–7 years) in Sales, Business Development, or Client Management. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to convert vision/ideas into processes. Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and reporting. Preferably from Media, Advertising, Modeling, Training, or Film industry. Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership. Compensation Base Salary + Performance Incentives / Profit-Sharing (negotiable based on experience).
