Senior Business Manager

Role Overview: As a member of the Business Execution team at Banking IGS in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to support Business Managers in planning and strategizing effectively by conducting analysis and research. You will assist in running and analyzing internal business metrics data and supporting various franchise initiatives. Your role will involve communication with bankers, Business Managers, and product partners to ensure accurate revenue recording and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Perform analysis to help Business Manager and Senior Management Team plan and strategize effectively - Run and analyze internal business metrics data including client revenue, returns, backlog management, client calling, exposure, risk capital, etc. - Support various franchise initiatives and internal strategy presentations - Communicate with bankers, Business Managers, and product partners on business metrics, including client prioritization, coverage, revenue, returns, pipeline - Prepare reports and presentations on franchise performance for senior management, focusing on revenue and backlog analysis - Conduct revenue analysis, investigate missing or incorrect booking of revenues and ensure proper recording - Analyze wallet data, track Wallet Ranking and Market Share, and query discrepancies with Citis internal system - Provide various reporting and analyses related to metrics like Revenues, Wallet, OSUC, GAAP Assets, RORC, RWA, ROTCE - Support and mentor junior team members, share knowledge and experiences, and create a constructive learning environment - Support seniors in planning and executing complex projects and team initiatives Qualifications Required: - Graduate Preferred Qualifications: - MBA Additional Details: If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use the search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, please review Accessibility at Citi.
