Senior Business Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Sree Jayanathan Chits Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or financial services, preferably in chit funds, banking, insurance, loans, or finance sectors. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution skills to expand market presence and achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute end-to-end direct marketing campaigns across channels
• Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies.
• Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve sales and enrollment targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
• Achive the individuals Marketing goals month on month

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Degree
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in chit funds, banking, NBFC, insurance, or finance sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel across Tamil Nadu as required for business development.
