Job Description

We're Hiring: B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Remote

Join our fast-growing marketing agency and help our B2B clients scale to 100+ booked calls per month!

We're looking for a hungry, results-driven SDR to manage multi-channel outreach campaigns for our enterprise clients in cybersecurity, SaaS, and professional services.

The Opportunity:

  • Work with high-ticket B2B clients
  • Full-time remote position
  • Performance bonuses for exceeding targets

Your Daily Mission:

  • Send 100-120 personalized cold emails daily using Instantly.ai/Smartlead
  • Manage 30+ LinkedIn outreach messages per day via Sales Navigator
  • Book atleast 15 qualified calls per week for our clients
  • A/B test messaging to improve conversion rates
  • Maintain CRM data and track all activities

You're Perfect If You Have:

✅ 2+ years B2B cold outreach experience

✅ Proven track record booking meetings for $10k+ services

✅ Experience with Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, Smartlead, or similar tools

✅ Strong English writing skills (native or C2 level)

✅ Data-driven mindset with attention to detail

✅ Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS industries
  • Knowledge of Southeast Asian business culture
  • Clay.com or Lemlist experience
  • Previous agency experience

What We Offer:

    ₹45,000/month Base Salary (potential to earn up to ₹1,00,000 per month)
