JD For Technical Support Executive Role Key Responsibilities * Provide technical support for web application developed using VB.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and jQuery * Troubleshoot and debug application issues reported by users or identified through internal monitoring. * Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes or workarounds. * Analyze logs, SQL queries, and application code to identify performance bottlenecks and bugs. * Collaborate with development teams to escalate complex issues and verify resolutions. * Maintain documentation related to issue resolution, known issues, and support procedures. * Provide L1/L2/L3 support depending on issue complexity and SLA commitments. * Respond to tickets in a timely and professional manner using helpdesk tools or ticketing systems. * Support database maintenance, script execution, and ad-hoc reporting requests as needed. Required Skills and Experience * Strong hands-on experience in VB.NET / .NET Framework * Solid understanding of SQL Server writing and debugging stored procedures, queries, indexes, and performance tuning * Experience with JavaScript and jQuery for front-end issue resolution and debugging * Strong problem-solving and debugging skills * Familiarity with browser developer tools for front-end issue tracking * Ability to analyze and interpret logs and error messages * understanding of application architecture and client-server model * Experience in using tools like Postman, Fiddler, or browser network debuggers * Exposure to .NET Core, C#, or other modern frameworks * Experience with version control systems like Git * Familiarity with REST APIs and integration troubleshooting * Prior experience in a customer-facing technical support role
