Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager is located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans, managing and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring revenue growth. The role involves coordinating with various internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients, conducting market research, and staying informed on industry trends and competition.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth strategies ( General Insurance experience preferred)
• Strong market research and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal teams
• Proven track record of successful business development and revenue generation
• Relevant experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
