Senior Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Drive project sales in the 4-star+ hospitality segment across Delhi NCR.
• Build relationships with hotel owners, architects, interior designers, purchase managers, and corporate hotel procurement offices.
• Conduct presentations, site visits, selections, and solution selling.
• Visit large hotel chain corporate offices and decision-makers responsible for procurement.
• Work with product managers and interior designers for high-value meetings.
• Gain deep product knowledge across all furnishings offerings with support from internal teams.
• Ensure payment terms
• Report funnel progress weekly, handle BOQs, and ensure collection follow-ups

• Lighting, furniture, modular kitchen B2B
• Tiles, home automation, interior sales. B2B
• B2B construction or building material

Key Skills Required

• Strong B2B field sales skills
• Excellent presentation and follow-up
• BOQ knowledge and quotation comfort
• Verbal & written English fluency
• Excel, WhatsApp, email reporting discipline
• Credit & payment discipline understanding

Educational Background

• MBA in marketing preferred
