Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development Manager. The role is based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, building client relationships, conducting market research, and driving revenue growth relevabt to our product category. The role also entails preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Partnerships
• Experience in Market Research and identifying business growth opportunities
• Proficiency in preparing Business Proposals and negotiating Contracts
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model
• Sound knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its market trends is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Able to influence Key Persons Like Architects, MEP Consultants, Contractors and End users etc.
