Position: Manager/AGM – Business Development (Lead – Exports) Location: Head Office, Ahmedabad Experience: 10+ Years Salary: ₹20 LPA Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Role Overview As Manager/AGM – Business Development (Lead – Exports) , you will spearhead Company’s international growth initiatives across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. This strategic role demands a dynamic leader with deep industry expertise, commercial acumen, and a passion for market expansion. Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Strategy Lead and manage overseas business development operations Define and implement global expansion strategies in line with company goals Position as a preferred global player in the engineering and energy sector 2. Market Expansion & Business Development Identify and evaluate new international markets for products like Cables, Conductors, Transmission Towers, etc. Develop and execute targeted market entry and growth strategies 3. Customer & Partner Engagement Build and sustain strong relationships with international clients, agents, and partners Engage in regular international travel (~50%) to foster customer intimacy and market insights 4. Sales & Technical Support Support international sales with technical insights, solution proposals, and competitive intelligence Work closely with sales teams to enhance global customer acquisition 5. Marketing & Representation Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and management reports Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences globally Identify and appoint country/region-specific agents and distributors Candidate Profile Must-Haves: 3+ years of proven experience in international business development, preferably in engineering goods Hands-on experience in global sales of Cables, Conductors, Transmission Towers, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong commercial and strategic thinking Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 50% Preferred Attributes: Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach Strong relationship-building skills with international stakeholders Track record of successful entry into new markets Why Join Us?
