Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager (Sales) to spearhead growth initiatives, Build strong client partnerships, and drive revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and market expansion.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients' needs.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

• Collaborate with Architects, Interior designers & Project Management companies to generate more business.

• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the Director of sales

Desired Profile:

• Min. 6 to 10 Years of experience in (B2B Sales) (Preferred - in Modular Furniture industry / Interior Fit-out.)

• Must Have completed master's Preferred in Sales & Marketing

• Excellent communication skills for effective client acquisition and relationship-building.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  Problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
