Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive all sales and marketing activities within your region while collaborating across regions to share insights and strategies
• Coordinate and oversee the preparation of business value propositions, sales plans, and RFPs/RFQs/RFIs
• Act as a liaison between business units, sales, partner, and executive teams to streamline key initiatives
• Identify opportunities and joint target accounts in partnership with cloud vendors
• Collaboratively manage joint opportunities by coordinating with EPAM and partner teams, including pipeline and forecast reviews
• Work closely with assigned partner managers to craft and deliver product messaging that reinforces EPAM’s value proposition as a trusted systems integrator
• Lead joint marketing initiatives alongside marketing teams to drive brand presence and business prospects

Requirements

• 15-18 years of experience in business development or sales roles, with demonstrated expertise in the full sales lifecycle
• Background in selling software and IT services to GCCs within India
• Proficiency in solutions selling with a history of success in building and maintaining client and internal relationships
• Ability to build relationships and networks, excelling in meeting new people and fostering connections
• Skills in effective communication across teams, including verbal, written, collaborative, and interpersonal proficiency
• English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication
