We're looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to lead our IT hardware sales team in Gurugram!

Job Description:
- Lead & manage a team of business development professionals- Drive sales growth of IT hardware products (laptops, desktops, switches, etc.)- Develop & execute strategic sales plans to meet targets- Build & maintain relationships with key clients, partners, & stakeholders- Identify new business opportunities & pursue large-scale deals- Collaborate with teams to deliver solutions & ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- 7-10 years experience in IT hardware sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets- Excellent communication, leadership, & interpersonal skills- Strong understanding of IT hardware products & market trends
