As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Head to lead our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategic Planning

    : Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the ceramic industry.
  • Market Analysis

    : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, ensuring our offerings remain relevant and innovative.
  • Relationship Management

    : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners, to enhance collaboration and drive sales.
  • Sales Leadership

    : Lead and mentor the business development team, setting performance goals, providing training, and fostering a results-oriented culture.
  • Product Development Collaboration

    : Work closely with product development and marketing teams to align business strategies with product offerings and promotional campaigns.
  • Contract Negotiation

    : Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives.
  • Reporting and Analytics

    : Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to the executive team to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Industry Representation

    : Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years

    of experience in business development or sales within the ceramic industry or a closely related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the ceramic market, including key players, trends, and technologies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
