Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, ensuring our offerings remain relevant and innovative. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners, to enhance collaboration and drive sales. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in business development or sales within the ceramic industry or a closely related field. Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and market expansion. Strong understanding of the ceramic market, including key players, trends, and technologies. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
