Business Liaison Officer

You will be responsible for the following key areas: - Increasing the value of current customers and attracting new ones. - Increasing footfall at the showroom. - Meeting architects, interior designers, dealers, sub-dealers, and clients to generate sales and expand business opportunities. - Liaising with architects and interior designers for business growth and development. - Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients. - Conducting merchandising activities like Demo Kit, Display, etc. - Working closely with other Sales Representatives to identify and close new business deals or expand existing business opportunities. - Demonstrating good customer service skills and a strong understanding of the company's products and services. - Developing and nurturing sales through detailed market scanning. - Creating a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. - Promoting the company's products/services by addressing or predicting clients" objectives. - Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. - Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain. - Keeping track of competitive activities. - Collecting leads from retailers and visiting expected sites for demonstration and business generation. - Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. - Submitting daily working reports to the immediate reporting Manager.,
