Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive - Motor Claims to manage insurance companies, handle insurance claims, and coordinate with insurance companies to bring in accidental vehicles for repair. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth claims processing, building relationships with insurance companies, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage relationships with insurance companies to facilitate claims processing and vehicle repairs. 2. Handle insurance claims from receipt to settlement, ensuring timely and efficient processing. 3. Coordinate with insurance companies to survey and inspect damaged vehicles. 4. Liaise with insurance companies to obtain approval for repairs and settlements. 5. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. 6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with insurance companies. 7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as workshop and service teams, to ensure seamless claims processing. 8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims and communications with insurance companies. 9. Resolve issues and disputes with insurance companies, ensuring prompt and fair settlement of claims. 10. Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Requirements: 1. Relevant experience in motor insurance claims handling and insurance company relationships. 2. Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. 3.
