As an Executive - Motor Claims, you will be responsible for managing relationships with insurance companies, handling insurance claims, and coordinating with insurance providers to bring in accidental vehicles for repair. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating claims processing, building strong relationships with insurance companies, and driving business growth. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth claims processing, obtaining approval for repairs and settlements, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. To excel in this role, you must have relevant experience in motor insurance claims handling and managing insurance company relationships. A strong understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements is essential, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications are key requirements.
