As a Senior Business Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our certified partners and MSME clients in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir. With over a decade of experience in delivering tailored software solutions and business consulting services, we have established a strong client portfolio that includes reputed organizations like Kangaroo, Punjab Mandi Board, Bonn Foods, and NRHM among others. Your responsibilities will involve providing end-to-end consultation across major business functions such as HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Financial Management. You will be required to develop and maintain strong relationships with certified partners, conduct needs assessments, analyze business workflows, recommend process improvements, and implement strategic policies to drive efficiency and profitability. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an MBA or equivalent preferred, along with 7-10 years of experience in business consulting, sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship. Your success will be driven by your strong understanding of multi-domain business operations, digital tools, excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as your ability to independently manage multiple partner engagements.
