Job Description We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in B2B business development, with a strong focus on lead generation, client relationship management, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Present and promote SurgePed’s services to prospective clients. Create compelling proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations. Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs. Regularly track, report, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM records and ensure a smooth follow-up process. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of proven success in B2B business development or sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Confident in presenting to senior executives and decision-makers. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and in teams.
