Work Experience: 3+ years \Working Days: 6 days (onsite role) Location: Varanasi About Us: Stimulus Research Services is a leading provider of technology services, specializing in Digital Marketing & IT solutions, including CRM, ERP, websites, and mobile applications. We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven BDE/BDM to join our team. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT services, including CRM, ERP, websites, and mobile application development. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and grow revenue. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business. • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the IT and digital marketing sectors. • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction. • Track and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies to improve results. • If experienced in digital marketing sales, leverage this expertise to expand the company's client base in the digital space. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services (CRM, ERP, websites, mobile apps). • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets. • Strong understanding of IT solutions and the ability to communicate technical concepts to clients. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in digital marketing sales (SEO, digital advertising) is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Strong networking skills and ability to generate leads. • Experience with CRM software to manage sales pipelines and client relationships. • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technology solutions.
