About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with 4–5 years of experience to drive growth in the data logger and cold chain monitoring industry. The ideal candidate will have strong connections in the fruit, vegetable, meat industry and proven experience working with cold chain suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cold chain, food, and meat industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the fresh produce and perishable goods sector.
• Promote and position our data logger solutions for temperature monitoring and compliance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in business development / sales (B2B preferred).
• Prior experience in the data logger industry is highly desirable.
• Exposure to the fruit, vegetable, or meat processing and storage sector.
• Proven track record of dealing with cold chain suppliers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Willingness to travel as required.
