Job Title: Business Development Executive – Lead location: Noida Sector 64 - On-site Industry: IT services and IT consulting Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven **Business Development Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through strategic outreach and market research. Key Responsibilities: * **Lead Generation:** Identify and generate potential leads through online research, social media, email campaigns, webinars, and outbound calls. * **Market Research:** Analyze industry trends, target audiences, and competitor activity to refine outreach strategies. * **Database Management:** Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and client information accurately. * **Outreach Campaigns:** Execute targeted lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and tele-calling. * **Follow-Up:** Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers. * **Performance Tracking:** Report weekly/monthly metrics on lead generation efforts and conversion rates. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and improve lead quality. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in B2C/B2B lead generation or business development, preferably in the EdTech or SaaS industry. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proven experience in using CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. * Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently. * Passion for education, technology, and upskilling professionals. Preferred Skills: * Familiarity with AWS, Azure, PMP, or other professional certification markets. * Prior experience working with international leads (US, UK, Middle East). * Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar.
