About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growth-focused sales team in Cochin.

You’ll be responsible for generating and converting leads among land developers, onboarding new clients, and building long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate tech or B2B SaaS and be confident with on-field sales and in-person client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate tech or B2B SaaS domain
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase the value of our interactive digital site plan
  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active customer
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to deliver optimal client solutions
  • Provide market feedback to improve product positioning and sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and funnel progress in the CRM system

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate tech or B2B SaaS industry
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable with field visits and in-person client engagements
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and productivity software
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
