Senior Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development professional who will be responsible for revenue generation. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, closing deals, and driving consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and drive end-to-end sales closures to meet revenue targets
  
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the events, exhibitions, conferences, and brand activation space
  
• Pitch Magictaps event tech solutions to corporate clients, agencies, and event organizers
  
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution post-closure
  
• Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM and revenue reports
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in event tech / events / experiential marketing
  
• Strong track record of revenue generation and deal closures
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  
• Strong network with event agencies, corporate brands, or marketing teams is a plus
