Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition, manage relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills and a proven track record in B2B or IT sales.

Key Responsibilities:

●  Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets

●  Generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term clients

●  Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

●  Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business

●  Collaborate with technical teams to understand offerings and present solutions effectively

●  Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies

Requirements:

●  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

●  2+ years of proven experience in business development or IT sales

●  Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills

●  Experience with lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer)

●  Ability to meet targets and manage a sales pipeline effectively
