Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the

  go-to-market strategy

  for North American markets (USA & Canada).
• Identify and close new business opportunities for

  Salesforce consulting and AI solutions

  .
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and business platforms (Upwork, etc.).
• Run discovery calls, present proposals, and

  close high-ticket consulting deals

  .
• Collaborate with the tech team to tailor offerings and solutions.
• Build and manage a

  junior SDR team

  in the next phase.
• Report KPIs, pipeline status, and sales insights to leadership.

Key Outcomes (First 90 Days):

• Book 6–8 qualified meetings per month.
• Close 1–2 paying clients within the first 3 months.
• Establish a repeatable sales process.
• Create templates, ICPs, and playbooks for future SDR hires.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 7–10 years of

  international B2B sales experience

  (IT services, Salesforce, SaaS).
• Proven track record in

  closing deals with US/Canadian clients

  .
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Knowledge of the

  Salesforce ecosystem

  or AI/automation services is a big plus.
• Comfortable working

  overlapping US time zones

  .
