Key Responsibilities:


We are seeking a Senior Lead Generation Specialist with 3-4 Years expertise in digital marketing and web design to drive qualified leads for our IT agency.

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new potential B2B leads through linked in sales navigator, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Optimize and manage the company’s LinkedIn profile and content strategy.
  • Database building and sorting. Follow up on all the old leads.
  • Creation and sending of Proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria (e.g., BANT - Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline). Assess the prospect's needs and determine if they are a good fit for our solutions.
  • Engage with potential clients to build initial trust and interest.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, track progress against targets, and provide regular updates to management.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-4 Years experience in lead generation through LinkedIn.
  • Proven experience calling international clients.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
