Key Responsibilities:

Engage with leads via phone, email, or in-person (if applicable)

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses

Pitch EdTech offerings in a consultative and persuasive manner

Follow up with potential learners and maintain a strong conversion pipeline

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM systems

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong persuasion, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn and work in a target-driven environment

Self-motivated with a passion for sales and education

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good to Have:

Prior internship or part-time experience in sales or customer service

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales funnel
