The GBS Product Owner/Project Manager will provide support to Risk and CFCC Change team in the Enterprise Risk Management space to drive several initiatives. As the Product Owner, your responsibilities include defining the vision, managing the product backlog, prioritizing needs, overseeing development stages, acting as the primary liaison, evaluating product progress at each iteration, managing risks and conflicts, stakeholder management, budgeting, running Governance forums, and ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of the project. You will drive process changes and Risk Management initiatives independently. Experience in change delivery of financial risk reporting is preferable. Taking the principal role as the Product Owner/Business Analyst, you will drive commitment from key stakeholders to execute risk framework and/or process change and automation projects. Providing vision and direction to stakeholder teams throughout the various project phases is essential, along with eliciting requirements from a process change perspective aligned with the program's objectives. Your role involves being responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the project while liaising with business and tech teams. Additionally, you will plan and prioritize the backlog in alignment with the Ways of working standards, define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, assess value, develop cases, prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with the product strategy. Collaboration with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI is crucial. You will play a key role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals, staying updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends. Aligning with Risk and CFCC Strategy is an integral part of the role, along with displaying exemplary conduct and living by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. You will take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Identifying, escalating, mitigating, and resolving risk, conduct, and compliance matters effectively and collaboratively is expected. Key stakeholders you will engage with include the First Line of Defence, Second Line of Defence, Enterprise Risk Management Team, Reporting and Data team, Technology team, Project team, and other key business stakeholders. Your responsibilities also include embedding Here for Good and the Group's brand and values in the Global Enablement Services team and performing other assigned responsibilities under Group, Country, Business, or Functional policies and procedures. Qualifications for this role include having a CSPO or PMP, CBAP certification, Risk trainings, Agile certification, retail and wealth management experience, previous experience as a Product Owner on process change initiatives, a Master's degree, in-depth knowledge of Agile processes and concepts, outstanding communication and presentation skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, strong stakeholder management skills, sharp logical and problem-solving skills, a creative vision, and attention to detail. Your role-specific technical competencies should include proficiency in Scrum, Waterfall, and Agile Methodology, knowledge of SDLC, outstanding communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with Product owner, project manager, and BA artifacts.,
