Acquire startups, SMEs, and agencies seeking end-to-end digital and white-label solutions, powered by great UX, modern web, performance marketing, and AI. Location: Delhi NCR (on-site; hybrid considered) Experience: 5–7+ years international B2B services sales (US-first) Primary Market: USA (≈70%), plus UK/EU/Australia Educational & Professional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline . An MBA or Postgraduate degree in Business/Marketing/Technology will be an added advantage. The Opportunity Own Wisitech’s US expansion while selectively growing UK/EU/AU. Sell a full stack : UX/UI redesigns, Shopify/WooCommerce builds, custom apps/MVPs, and digital marketing retainers, with AI/automation as a differentiator. What you’ll do Own the new-logo motion: prospect → discovery → solutioning with our architects → proposal/SOW → negotiation → win. Hunt in the right places: LinkedIn + email sequences, partner/agency ecosystems, events, and selective bidding (Upwork) where strategic. Sell consultatively: map business problems to the right mix of UX/UI, web/eCom, marketing (SEO/SMO/PPC/Affiliate), and AI/automation . Build the agency track: source, enable, and scale white-label partnerships with clear SLAs and growth plans. Forecast & report: maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Zoho), reliable forecasts, and crisp deal reviews. What you know (capability fluency) Web & Ecom: when to recommend Shopify vs WooCommerce vs custom ; basics of Laravel, MERN/MEAN trade-offs; integration & scalability considerations. AI & automation (business-level): where LLMs (GPT, Claude, xAI, Gemini) , LangChain-style RAG , Pinecone-class vectors , and n8n workflows unlock measurable ROI. Digital marketing: SEO, SMO, PPC, Affiliate models; how they tie into growth and CAC/LTV. Buying journeys: US SME/startup cycles (30–90 days), agency white-label economics, MSAs/SOWs, common procurement asks. What you’ve done Built and closed a new-logo book of $300k+/year (mix of projects/retainers) in US-focused SME/agency segments. Run US-hours calls (typically 8pm–12am IST , flex as needed). Managed multi-stakeholder deals and negotiated commercials confidently. Nice to have Active US agency/startup network; experience with HubSpot/Keap , GA4/GSC , and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
