Job Description

Business Analyst (BA)
Experience: 5–6 years (Fintech experience preferred)
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
Conduct gap analysis and propose scalable solutions.
Work closely with developers, QA, and product managers to ensure alignment.
Prepare process flow diagrams, wireframes, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business objectives are met.
Maintain clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in fintech domain (banking, payments, lending platforms).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
