Role Overview

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

  Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new initiatives and process improvements.

• Process Mapping & Optimization:

  Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

  Leverage data to generate insights, support decision-making, and create reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, and Technology, to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

• Documentation & Support:

  Develop clear documentation, including business cases, user stories, and process flows, and provide support during implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience

  as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
