Job Summary:

As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in eliciting and documenting business requirements, collaborating with engineering teams on API-based solutions, and supporting data-driven initiatives. Your responsibilities will include providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for EHR and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems, conducting workflow analysis, ensuring data accuracy, and resolving user-reported incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for EHR and RCM systems

• Conducting workflow analysis and data validation

• Ensuring data accuracy and system reliability

• Collaborating with engineering teams on API-based solutions

• Performing system adjustments to resolve production issues

• Conducting data analysis and root cause investigation

• Collaborating with vendors to address integration issues

• Identifying process improvement opportunities in EHR/RCM workflows
