Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business owners and technical teams. Your responsibilities will include understanding business requirements, formulating technical solutions, mapping business needs to system functionality, and designing and documenting functional requirements. You will also be involved in hands-on system configuration and data loads as necessary. An essential aspect of your role will be integrating data between on-premise and Cloud applications in both directions. You will be expected to provide ongoing production support, which involves logging tickets, communicating status, and escalating issues when necessary. Additionally, you will leverage new technologies such as bots, predictive analytics, and mobile tools to drive automation, analytical reporting, and enhance the digital utilization of applications. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting and leading application training and change management initiatives, particularly focusing on Oracle applications and related processes. You will be responsible for creating and modifying reports, dashboards, workflows, and purchasing setups within Oracle applications. Furthermore, you will actively participate in testing efforts and document business processes, configuration changes, and application updates. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or higher degree in Information Systems, Procurement, Sourcing, Finance, or have equivalent work experience. While working knowledge of any ERP application is preferred, proficiency in MS Office applications is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships. Your active listening skills, coupled with excellent customer service abilities, will be instrumental in your success. Furthermore, your exceptional time management and prioritization skills will enable you to independently manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.,
