Media Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the

  product vision

  , roadmap, and growth opportunities within the media domain.
• Own and manage the

  product backlog

  , ensuring it is well-prioritized, transparent, and aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with

  engineering, design, marketing, and sales

  teams to deliver high-quality media products and features.
• Translate product strategy into

  detailed business requirements

  , user stories, and prototypes.
• Lead

  Agile ceremonies

  including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the

  primary liaison

  between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Analyze

  product performance

  , user feedback, and media consumption patterns to iterate and improve features.
• Ensure alignment with

  business objectives

  , industry standards, and

  regulatory compliance

  .
• Drive

  go-to-market strategies

  , support product launches, and monitor post-launch performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–8 years

  of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least

  3+ years in the media ecosystem

  (broadcasting, OTT, publishing, digital content, or advertising).
• Strong understanding of

  media workflows

  , content lifecycle, and digital distribution models.
• Experience in gathering and documenting

  business and functional requirements

  .
• Proficiency in

  Agile methodologies

  and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with

  data analysis tools

  and performance dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with

  OTT platforms

  , content management systems (CMS), or media asset management (MAM) tools.
• Knowledge of tools like

  JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI

  , or similar.
• Certifications in
