Job Description

The Product Optimization Analyst plays a critical role in maximizing product performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

This role involves analyzing product data, market trends, and customer behavior to optimize product offerings, pricing, and distribution strategies.

The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams including product, sales, marketing, and technical departments to ensure the right product reaches the right customer at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.

Prioritize product mapping and define preferred product portfolios by client and market segment.

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to optimize product blocks per channel.

Monitor traffic trends and customer behavior to guide product decisions.

Assist in planning and executing A/B tests to evaluate product changes.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.

Ensure product availability aligns with demand and pricing remains competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R).

Experience with product management platforms (Jira, Trello, Asana).

Understanding of API/XML integrations.

Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.

Business & Analytical Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in product management, e-commerce, or travel industry (preferred).
