Mandatory Skillset:-

Thorough knowledge of

Portfolio corporate actions
Capital markets processes Equity, Derivatives, MF, NPS, Bonds
Portfolio processes Back Office integration, DP integration, External integrations like NAV feed, Corporate action feed etc.

Basic knowledge of:-

Front office trading
Back office settlement
DB queries for analysis

Roles and responsibilities:-

Production support – response to clarifications sought and resolution of the issues if any
Product enhancement documentation
Product development support
UAT Testing, sign-off and Prod testing of the features made live
Training to customer facing teams regarding existing / new features
Daily sanity checks
