Senior Business Analyst

Location: Pune
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions for our product-based ERP company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and manage project timelines. Job Description and Requirements: Key Responsibilities: a) Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements b) Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in our ERP system c) Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures d) Work closely with development teams to ensure the product meets the requirements and specifications e) Analyze data to identify trends and insights that will help improve business processes f) Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure the timely completion of projects g) Provide end-user training and support to ensure the adoption and effective use of the product h) Collaborate with the QA team to develop and execute test plans i) Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to development teams. Requirements: a) 6 to 10 years of experience in business analysis or related field b) Experience with ERP systems, preferably in a product-based company c) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills d) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills e) Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment f) Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
