As a Senior Business Analyst with Tech Background, you will play a critical role in transformative initiatives across banking and financial services division. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep technical proficiency and business insight to lead complex regulatory, financial and data integration initiatives .This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business insight, serving as a bridge between IT teams and business stakeholders, driving solutions that enhance regulatory, financial, and data integration efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise business analyst with technical knowledge in Oracle, PL/SQL, ERP (eg.PeopleSoft) and Azure Cloud Technologies, along with a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions across global financial institutions
Knowledge of Gen AI, ERP PeopleSoft Financials and Reporting
Lead end-to-end business analysis for financial data integration, regulatory reporting and system enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders across business divisions to gather, prioritize and document requirements
Able to do functional and technical design, testing and post-implementation support
