Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand business needs, processes, and challenges.
Conduct detailed requirement analysis, documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories), and workflow mapping.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for the development team.
Evaluate and propose technical solutions aligned with customer expectations.
Work with product and technical teams to plan, develop, and execute POCs.
Assist in planning, tracking, and managing project milestones.
Prepare and coordinate product demos, client presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
Support sales and pre-sales teams during client meetings and product pitches.

Required Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proficiency in Business Analysis tools such as Jira, Figma, MS Visio, Confluence.
Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Experience in POC execution and client interaction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to interpret technical design and architecture.
Knowledge of IT consulting and solution design.
