Job Description

Responsibilities:

Analyze and document complex healthcare business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications and user stories
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, QA, and clinical stakeholders
Drive interoperability initiatives across platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange and integration
Support compliance efforts by aligning deliverables with ISO 13485, IEC 62304, and other relevant standards
Participate in solution design discussions, contributing domain expertise and analytical insights
Maintain traceability of requirements and ensure alignment with quality management system (QMS) documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare IT, with a strong focus on interoperability and platform integration
Deep understanding of healthcare data models, workflows, and regulatory environments
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in healthcare interoperability standards and data exchange protocols
Familiarity with ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 regulatory frameworks
Prior experience working with MedTech device requirements and documentation

Desired Skills:

Exposure to EPIC Systems (data structures, workflows, integration points)
Working knowledge of ReactJS and MySQL
Experience with interface engines such as Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf, or Rhapsody
