Role & responsibilities Create new workflows and processes with standardization to be used across teams within Data Capture and Ingestion. Designing digital maps with geographic data and other data sources. Provide software design & development expertise following standard code-writing practices. Need to configure projects over the Enterprise environments to make them ready for analysis. Their duties shall include but are not limited to, performing complex analysis, design, development and modification with help of SQL data stores. Modifying existing GIS systems and adapting new hardware and technology to support program performance. Troubleshooting and correcting errors within GIS networks, and software components. Proven ability to innovate and drive solutions across multiple teams. Need to prepare reports as and when required. Monitors own work and that of the team to ensure budgets and schedules are being met. Need to adhere to the Company Policies and Quality assurance objectives. Work on Windows operating system (Word, Excel, CSV). Preferred candidate profile Should have Knowledge of Global mapper and navigation features like Road Signs and surveys. Experience with mapping tools such as QGIS. Strong Excel skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Should have presentation skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Ability to maintain and establish effective working relationships. Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously. Eager to learn new projects/services and capable to provide effective output. A can-do attitude and a desire to provide innovative solutions.
