Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

Utilize market insights to refine sales tactics and identify new business opportunities.

Cold Calling and Prospecting:

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our ambulance and healthcare services.

Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations and establish rapport.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and overcome objections to secure appointments and sales opportunities.

Sales Performance Management:

Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the inside sales team and monitor performance against these targets.

Track and analyze sales data, including call metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline status, to identify areas for improvement.

Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to optimize their sales performance.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects in the healthcare industry.

Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor sales pitches and solutions accordingly.

Collaborate with customer service and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).

Proven track record of success in inside sales, market research, and cold calling, preferably in the healthcare or medical services sector.

Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.

Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, ambulance services, and medical transportation is advantageous.
