Role: Senior Business Analyst – Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales Platform)

Role Overview


Key Responsibilities


  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to CRM sales workflows, lead lifecycle, and sales pipeline operations
  • Translate business goals into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
  • Engage with stakeholders to validate scope, priorities, and alignment with platform capabilities
  • Work with cross-functional delivery teams to guide solution design and implementation
  • Facilitate UAT sessions, prepare test scenarios, and track resolution of gaps
  • Support user onboarding, training, and documentation handoff


Required Experience & Skills


  • 6–10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with recent work on CRM platforms (preferably Dynamics 365 Sales)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM sales cycle, opportunity management, customer segmentation, and KPIs
  • Familiarity with integrations, data flows, and business reporting in sales environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management, written documentation, and client-facing communication
  • Agile delivery experience preferred; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification (plus but not mandatory)


Working Model


  • Option for Remote (Onshore) or Onsite in Newton based on candidate preference and client needs
  • Must have flexibility to align with team hours and sprint cadence
