Role: Senior Business Analyst – Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales Platform) Location: Onshore (Remote) or Onsite – Newton Duration: 3 Months Start Date: Immediate / As soon as available Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and delivery-focused Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic implementation or enhancement project centered around Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales module or similar platforms). The ideal candidate will bridge functional teams and tech stakeholders, drive requirement clarity, and ensure business goals are converted into actionable technical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to CRM sales workflows, lead lifecycle, and sales pipeline operations Translate business goals into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications Engage with stakeholders to validate scope, priorities, and alignment with platform capabilities Work with cross-functional delivery teams to guide solution design and implementation Facilitate UAT sessions, prepare test scenarios, and track resolution of gaps Support user onboarding, training, and documentation handoff Required Experience & Skills 6–10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with recent work on CRM platforms (preferably Dynamics 365 Sales) Strong knowledge of CRM sales cycle, opportunity management, customer segmentation, and KPIs Familiarity with integrations, data flows, and business reporting in sales environments Excellent stakeholder management, written documentation, and client-facing communication Agile delivery experience preferred; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification (plus but not mandatory) Working Model Option for Remote (Onshore) or Onsite in Newton based on candidate preference and client needs Must have flexibility to align with team hours and sprint cadence If you have relevant experience and are exploring new opportunities, share your profiles with team@brihatisglobal.com

Job Role: .NET Developer Location: Bangalore/Mangalore Type: Full-Time What This Role Requires In the role of .NET Developer, you will be a key contributor to the organization’s mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Here is what you will do: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework. • Build and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and functions. • Develop and manage SSIS packages and SQL jobs for ETL processes. • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Azure App Services. • Integrate and manage messaging solutions using Azure Service Bus. • Design and implement data workflows using Azure Data Factory. • Create and consume RESTful Web APIs for internal and external integration. • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side logic with client-side functionality. • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and design discussions. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in production and development environments. Key Skills to Succeed in This Role: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps is a plus). • Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-native design patterns. • Strong understanding of software development best practices and design principles. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an Agile environment.
