Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager with 5-7 years of experience to join our brand team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding principles, excellent strategic thinking skills, and a passion for driving brand growth and visibility. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement brand strategies that align with the companys goals and market position. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy and initiatives. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials, including digital and offline initiatives. Brand Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of brand campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, business, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and cohesion. Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise ROI. Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing practices to innovate and enhance brand strategies continuously. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree or relevant certification is a plus. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the financial services, consumer tech or related industry. Skills: o Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles. o Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills. o Proficient in digital marketing and social media platforms. o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. o Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. o Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
