Job Description

Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Udaipur, Jaipur, Ajmer, Deesa, Palanpur, Ahmedabad, Surat, Surendranagar
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Banking sector, OR
At least 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and oversee all branch operations to ensure business growth and profitability.
Achieve sales targets across banking products and services.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships.
Monitor daily branch operations including compliance, audits, and service quality.
Guide, train, and motivate the branch team to achieve individual and branch goals.
Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to support decision-making.
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.
Act as the face of the branch, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.
