Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for BPO roles (voice, non-voice, blended, technical support, etc.).
Source candidates using
job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.)
, social media, employee referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes, conduct
telephonic and face-to-face interviews
, and coordinate final rounds with clients or hiring managers.
Maintain and update
recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases
.
Ensure
timely joining
and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
48years
of experience in BPO recruitment (voice & non-voice).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with
MS Excel, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems
.
Ability to
handle pressure and achieve hiring targets
.
Flexible to work in
fast-paced and high-volume
environments.
Experiecne in
Client engagement
is must.
