About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Bidding Manager to spearhead our Make in India government bidding and tendering operations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in techno-commercial proposals, government procurement systems, and airport/infrastructure projects with reputed clients like AAI, MoCA, and Defence organizations.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead end-to-end tendering and bidding process for government and private projects under the Make in India scheme.

🔹 Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, PQs, and tender documents to prepare detailed compliance matrices.

🔹 Coordinate with cross-functional teams — Design, Procurement, Finance, Projects — for accurate and timely bid submissions.

🔹 Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, financial formats, and ensure technical & commercial alignment with tender specifications.

🔹 Manage OEM/vendor documentation in compliance with the Make in India and Public Procurement policies.

🔹 Participate in pre-bid meetings, client clarifications, and technical presentations.

🔹 Ensure timely submission of bids through e-portals such as GeM, CPPP, and AAI e-Tender.

🔹 Maintain and develop strong relationships with government authorities, consultants, and key stakeholders.

🔹 Track new project opportunities under the Atmanirbhar Bharat & Make in India schemes.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education:

✅ Experience: 8–18 years in Tendering, Bidding, or Proposal Management, preferably in Airport / Infrastructure / Defence domains.

✅ Strong knowledge of Government e-Procurement portals and bidding protocols.

✅ Proven experience in Make in India tender documentation and compliance.

✅ Excellent command of MS Excel, Costing, BOQ preparation, and commercial negotiations.

✅ Effective leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

✅ Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.
