Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our finance BI team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Data Modeling (Alteryx, any other data transformation tool), and Power BI, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using SQL, Alteryx, Azzure Data Pipeline and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholder to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, Alteryx workflows and functions for data extraction and transformation.
  • Create advanced interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data insights.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity and report performance.
  • Document processes, solutions, and technical details for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of strong experience in BI development, with a focus on SQL, Alteryx, and Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in Tableau, writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Alteryx, Informatica, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in designing and developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Good understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and relational databases.
  • Experience in working with large datasets and optimizing query performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience on ADF data pipeline or Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP functionalities will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality management.
